Description:
Western Cellars Zinfandel Rosé is an elegant rosé wine from California's sunny Central Valley. The wine is made from Zinfandel grapes, which are carefully picked both manually and mechanically, and then undergo a cold maceration at 6 to 8°C to highlight the delicate aromas.
After a slow pressing with a pneumatic press, the alcoholic fermentation takes place at very low temperatures (15 to 17°C), which ensures a fresh and fruity profile. The wine is then filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks under inert gas at low temperatures to preserve its freshness and quality.
Western Cellars Zinfandel Rosé has an inviting pale pink color and a flavor profile that is expected to be charmingly fruity, possibly with notes of ripe summer berries and a slightly spicy undertone. This rosé is an excellent choice as an aperitif or to accompany a barbecue evening.
Serve this rosé wine chilled to enjoy its full bouquet and delicate taste. Western Cellars Zinfandel Rosé is a true Californian beauty, perfect for creating relaxed and memorable moments outdoors or at the table.
